I am a professional chef with 25+ years of experience. I have cooked in various Caribbean resorts, served as a culinary arts instructor, worked as a cruise ship guest chef, and led Caribbean Culinary Tours and Vacations as Chef and Tour Host. I am also a cookbook author, currently working on my third book, Caribbean Yum Yum: A Caribbean Kids Cookbook.

I trained at the Caribbean Hospitality Training Institute and the Cornell University School of Professional Cooking, and I bring that foundation to every menu I design—balancing technique, bold flavors, and a memorable guest experience.
